Return Policy

Every product we create is unique and crafted with precision. However, please note:

  • Slight colour variations may occur between the product and website images due to print differences. These are not considered defects.
  • Minor variations and natural blemishes are part of the handmade process and not product flaws.

Because of high shipping costs and the made-to-order nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not permitted, except in the following cases:

Eligible Return Reasons

  • The item received does not match the product ordered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product was damaged in transit

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Discounted products
  • Customised/personalised products
  • Gift cards

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Return Request Window:
    Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  2. To Initiate a Return, email us at hello@amygdalaart.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Delivery address
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos of the item, if damaged or incorrect
    Please note: We cannot consider emails or images sent beyond 48 hours after delivery.
  3. Once your request is approved:
    • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup
    • After we receive the returned product, we will send the replacement
    • The item must be returned in original packaging, unused, undamaged, with all tags and invoice slips intact

Refund Policy

At Amygdala Art, we take pride in crafting each product with care and attention. All our pieces are made to order, and we do not hold bulk inventory. While we do not offer returns or refunds in most cases due to the nature of our products and the high cost of reverse logistics, we are happy to help in the rare instance of damage or error.


When Are Refunds Applicable?

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The product is received in a damaged condition
  • The item received is different from what was ordered
  • We are unable to offer a replacement for an eligible return

Refund Request Timeline

  • You must email us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  • Requests received after 48 hours of product delivery will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

To Request a Refund

Email us at hello@amygdalaart.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Delivery address
  3. Clear photos of the product and packaging
  4. Brief description of the issue

Refund Process

  • If your refund is approved and we are unable to replace the item, your original payment will be refunded.
  • The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days from approval.
  • The amount will reflect in your original mode of payment.
  • Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

Reverse Pickup & Exchange Timeline

Reverse Pickup: Scheduled within 4–5 working days of request approval

Exchange Dispatch: Sent within 4–5 working days after receiving the returned item

Important Notes

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice and tags.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Customised or personalised items
    • Discounted products
    • Gift cards
  • If the delivered package appears tampered with, please do not accept it and return it to the delivery person without signing the POD (Proof of Delivery).
